Unable to seek in a *.ts file at playback over SMB

I use VLC for Android on Samsung Galaxy S4 Modelnumber GT-I9505 Android 5.0.1 VLC 2.0.6 no log file since VLC does not Crash When playing back a *.ts file (a file made of a transport stream), the VLC Android Player cannot move fast forward and cannot move fast rewind. Also the playback progress indicator is stuck at the most left Position. It seems VLC is thinking mistakenly it would be a real Transport stream, however in fact it is a stored file, which should be searchable with fast Forward or fast rewind.
