Scrubbing / seek of TS (Transport Stream) files doesn't work over DLNA with latest version of VLC for iOS but it used to work.

Working Version: 2.3.0, Not Working Version: 2.7.8

When playing a transport stream file (such as one created by raw recording of Siliconsust HDHomeRun tuner), version 2.7.8 of VLC for iOS will not allow repeated scrubbing / seeking to specific position. It only works once and then doesn't work again unless app is killed and re-launched. This issue occurs when playing file over DLNA or HTTP, but it works properly when downloaded locally. Version 2.3.0 of VLC for iOS works properly with scrubbing / seeking over HTTP, DLNA and local download.
