dvd Timestamp conversion failed

Playing my Catch-22 DVD, I run into this error at various points:

core error: Timestamp conversion failed (delay 10000000, buffering 6722, bound 9000000)

core error: Could not convert timestamp 2650236432666 for FFmpeg

core warning: early picture skipped

This causes the video to stop for several seconds until the errors stop and the next scene begins.

This always happens at the same spots (100% repeatable).

The DVD does play correctly on my DuneHD.

I've tested this behavior on Windows 10 64-bit with the following VLC versions:

vlc 2.2.4

vlc-2.2.5-20170214-0508

vlc-3.0.0-20170216-0446
