extended settings, video filter, crop settings do not work

Tested with vlc-0.9.0-test3-20080725-1826-win32

Playing a video and changing any of the crop settings does not change anything visually nor does it log anything in debug.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
