No scrollbar in metadata window (impossible to read lyrics)

Hello! First, thank you for fixing #17494 (closed)!

But there is another bug with it: there is no scrollbar in metadata window for reading lyrics (1.png), so I have to resize this window manually (button "maximize" doesn't work). But I can't read all lyrics even with maximized window, cause there is no scrollbar for seeing lyrics that remain. Tested on Windows 7 x64, VLC 3.0.0 alpha (I took it from here http://downloads.videolan.org/pub/videolan/testing/360/vlc-3.0.0-git-win32.exe and made screenshot of "About", 2.png). I hope it'll help you to fix it.
