Repeat-All on and only broken playlist entries leads to busy loop

For some Reason Repeat-All was on, maybe it is the default.

Everytime my playlist only ontains broken entries, like deleted or corrupted files, VLC tries to play each file in a busy loop, making it hard to stop it, or at least spamming the error log endlessly.

I suggest a more intelligent behaviour that stops repeat-all in case none of the playlist entries are actually playable.
