Interlaced J2K MXF files play fields at field rate

VLC 2.2.4 plays interlaced jpeg2000 MXF files by showing the fields instead of complete frames and does this at field rate (a 25i-file is played at 50 fps).

Interlaced JPEG2000 consists of each field being encoded separately so the fields should be put back together before display.

vlc-3.0.0-20161109-0246-git is not able to play the video at all... only the sound.
