Videotoolbox decoding sometimes corrupted/crashes

When using Videotoolbox with recent VLC versions, sometimes the image is corrupted (all green with weird artifacts, flickering, etc…) and sometimes it crashes due to segfaults and similar.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
