"Take a Snapshot" produces images with resolution of buffer instead of video.

If I open a video in VLC and take a snapshot using "Take a Snapshot" button, the produced image has size of buffer dimensions (see Tools-Codec Information) instead of display resolution.

The bug is present both in 2.2.4 and also in currently downloaded 3.0.0-git version.

Tested on Windows 7 x64, VLC 3.0.0-git x64 (nightly build vlc-3.0.0-20161014-0440-git-win64), on machine
