toggle fullscreen tick doesn't show (cosmetic)

Selecting advanced controls or minimal view will set a tickmark next to these options in the GUI, this is not the case for toggle fullscreen. This should be the case for consistence (perhaps also even leave out the word toggle from the function name in the menu).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
