transform filter options do not change on dropdown select but on re-enable

Enabling transform filter will default to rotate 90 degrees. selecting something else from the dropdown will not update the vout immediately (or even when closing ext gui). for example select flip horizontally and nothing changes visually.

In order for it to work you need to disable and enable transform. In other words transform will use whatever value is greyed out on next enable.
