Display mp3 synchronized lyrics SYLT tag as subtitle

mp3 lets you store synchronized lyrics (text with timing information) as SYLT frame inside the ID3v2 tag - http://id3.org/id3v2.3.0#Synchronised_lyrics.2Ftext

VLC should display those lyrics like it displays subtitles for movies.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
