Nvidia color settings should be ignored

I fixed an issue only found in VLC and no other player thanks to this link: https://wiki.videolan.org/VSG:Video:Color_washed_out/

I think VLC should not take into consideration this Nvidia setting anymore as it is obsolete. No other player considers this Nvidia option.

This is creating a lot of problems with my clients using VLC and reviewing their clips.

Please address this as soon as possible.
