Support of MPEG2-TS over UDP stream with VLC 3.0 regression

With VLC 2.2 it was possible to play MPEG2-TS multicast UDP streams with the url: udp://@: Using the following command line to stream the content: :sout=#udp{dst=:} :sout-all :sout-keep

With VLC 3.0 (nightly build 6th of July 2016), it's not possible any more to play this kind of multicast stream. VLC 3.0 is still able to "multicast" this kind of streams from a MPEG2-TS file.
