zoom function in GUI needs to be called twice to work

vlc-0.9.0-test2-20080711-0003-win32

the zoom command doesn't respond properly to the GUI commands

start default: zoom half, no effect, zoom half -> half start default: zoom 1:1, no effect, zoom 1:1 -> 1:1 start default: zoom half, no effect, zoom 2:1 -> half!!

it seems to respond to the first command, but only when the second command is done

using hotkeys the behavior is erradic too
