Packaging the Mozilla/Safari plugin broken

Due to the (not so) recent build system changing, packaging the Safari/Mozilla plugin on OS X is broken. Needs to be adapted pretty much the same way as VLC-release.app.

Note that you won't see an error message if you do "make package-macosx-plugin" right now, but just end up with a 500 kB dmg containing little less than nothing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
