NPAPI: Problems with short MRLs in Google Chrome

If you want to play short MRLs like "file:///e:/b.mp4" with vlc.playlist.add() in Google Chrome, the MRL will be corrupted with randomly characters at the end of the MRL. Here are some examples:

• file:///e:/b.mp4Q
• file:///e:/b.mp4.
• file:///e:/b.mp4õ
• file:///e:/b.mp4c
• file:///e:/b.mp4ª

It's already corrupted at this point: https://code.videolan.org/videolan/npapi-vlc/blob/master/npapi/npruntime/npolibvlc.cpp#L911

No problems with Firefox or IE, no problems with the tag attributes.

Tested with Chrome 44
