Display still JPEG 2000 images

Need to modify modules/muxers/image.c to support this format.

libavcodec already supports decoding these images.

.j2k, .jpc file tags are used for jpeg 2000 code stream only files .jp2 file tag is used for jpeg 2000 file format and code stream

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
