vlc crashed with SIGSEGV

Put in original Ant-Man DVD (not burn, copy, etc.) via DVD player, opened with VLC, fullscreened, clicked Next button, and crashed.

This happened before and after installing libdvd-pkg from Ubuntu repositories.

Occurs with VLC 3.0.0!~~git20160226+r63712+37~ubuntu16.04.1 from:

Also, I've updated the BIOS to the latest version from the vendor and no change.

This doesn't happen with VLC 2.2.2 on Windows 8.1 (different machine) so it appears a potential linux'ism.
