satip:// streaming with panasonic TV not working

I'm trying to make my panasonic TV which has a SAT>IP server work with VLC.

Two things are not working right now:

The automatic SAT>IP detection for UPNP Devices that are smart TVs doesn't seem to work. (I assume this is a feature from reading the source code)

I attached some plaintext (SSDP) communication between VLC and my TV. Maybe this helps.

When directly opening a satip:// address I get a bit further but ultimately no video plays. To me it seems like the necessary RTP ports aren't opened (in time?). I attached a .pcap file that illustrates the problem.

Please let me know if I can provide any other information to help resolve this issue.
