Command line quoting broken

A DirectShow device has a slash in its name: e-g "4-1010 7/8ch". It opens in 0.9.0-test1 with the GUI. But when one tries to do the same on the command line it's broken.

The problem doesn't occur with the stable release 0.8.6h.
