DVD Play Bug

When I tried to play, in Windows 10 VLC Media Player, a certain DVD, that is, Disney's Inside Out, that I had rented from Dinnerandamovie and Anytimeflix, at a POS station at Rusty's Pizza Parlor at Olive Drive and Victor Street in Bakersfield, California, United States of America, 93308, my own computer displayed some bugs. Yet, I can successfully play other Disney DVDs that I have ordered from the Disney Movie Club with that same media player.
