Subtitles do not show immediately after seek

After seeking in a video, the subtitles are not displayed for several seconds, usually one or two subtitles are missing.

VLC should display the correct subtitle immediately after a seek.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
