Support finer timestamps display, like SMPTE or milliseconds

Currently during playback in the lower right, I see a MM:SS display of pts. If I click on the value, it toggles to a -MM:SS of the remaining presentation time.

I propose an option to toggle/adjust the display from MM:SS to MM:SS.mmm to add milliseconds to the display.
