Back and forward buttons are flipped in the VLC Widget on Android when the UI language is RTL

The VLC Widget on Android shows the controls for forward and back incorrectly flipped when the UI language is right to left, such as Hebrew.

The widget must show the controls in the same direction, whether the UI language is left-to-right or right-to-left. The play button must point to the right, the back button must point to the left, and the forward button must point to the right. The back button must be to the left of the play button and the forward button must be to the right of the play button.
