When the device's UI language is RTL, no controls are shown in the notification card

Hallo,

My phone's UI is usually Hebrew, which is a right-to-left language.

When a song is playing in VLC, the notification component only shows the VLC image and doesn't show any information about the song or controls to stop or jump forward or backward. They do work when the UI is English.
