VLC audio problems when fasttracking and/or pausing

Ubuntu 14.04-15.10. VLC version 2.2.1 (and previous)

When fast tracking or selecting different parts of video file, the audio disappears, i.e. needs a couple of clicks to start working again or Audio device disable/enable.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
