CRC errors and skipping with some FLAC files, not happening in other players

Not sure if this is indeed a bug but I'm getting some curious CRC errors with this FLAC file (and two more from the same "album") made by me: https://mega.co.nz/#!jZdgWKLQ!4-3MD6Uvgy8tAGZQ6rNBq6YZKrSLoHx-N-Ke8bWwWcQ It occurs around 0:41-0:42

The file seems to be playing flawlessly in other media players such as foobar2000 (through Wine) and clementine.
