libmpg123 plugin

Create a plugin for decoding of MPEG Audio using libmpg123 (as an alternative to libmad).

libmpg123 has assembler optimisations for a number of processors.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
