Problem with "moving" subtitles
It's hard to explain it so, I made a video. On the top you see how VLC displays those subtitles and glitches the video at a certain part, on bottom you see how it should be. (It's from an anime op but that doesn't matter, no sound for copyright reasons and it's unnecessary)
