VLC for iOS doesn't read Album Art (covers) from FLAC files

VLC on iOS fails to load the embedded album art (covers) from FLAC files.

Using as Desktop OS: Windows 7 updated. Using as Mobile OS: iOS v8.4 updated. Using VLC iOS v2.6.4 updated.

I imported my files into my device using the following procedure: Device -> Settings -> Apps -> File Sharing -> VLC. The device was properly synced.

Album art is not shown in either "Details" (file listing) or Full Screen (playing mode) as you can see from the attached screen captures.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
