Broken nighly versions (20150721-20150808).

Hi. Just downloaded latest nightly builds and found that versions from 20150721 till now - doesnt work. http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win32/vlc-3.0.0-20150721-0002/ Last working nighly are: http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win32/vlc-3.0.0-20150720-0002/

Error window text: "VLC media player could not start. Either the command line options were invalid or no plugins were found"

OS: Windows XP SP3 32bit
