"Plugins & Extensions" does not offer the latest version

VLC 2.2.1 includes the VLsub extension version 0.9.13.

But if i search for "vlsub" in the "Plugins & Extensions" dialog...

1: In the list it says: Version 0.9.8

2: When i install it and go to "Active Extensions" tab, the one i just installed says "VLsub 0.9.10"

3: The VLsub that is included with VLC is 0.9.13 so now i have 2 versions of VLsub installed. 0.9.13 and 0.9.10. So the search function in the dialog is offering a older version then the one that comes with VLC.

I would expect that when i search for VLsub that VLC can tell that it is already installed, and that the version written is correct.
