Play with VLC media player causes Runtime Error

Used system: Windows 8.1 64 Bit with all updates and newest drivers and VLC 2.2.1 64 Bit

When you select two or more audio files, open the context-menu and click 'Play with VLC media player', VLC starts to play the first selected audio without opening the VLC UI and creates a Runtime Error from 'Visual C++ Runtime Libary'. When you click OK, another error occurs: 'unknown software exception' (0x40000015) has occurred at the point 0x5229310b. When you click OK, the hidden VLC closes, the audio file stops and Windows wants to create an error report.
