OGM subtitles not displaying correctly

After updating to 2.2.1 (sorry, I don't remember previous version, but should be 2.x), OGM subtitles don't display properly in that some don't display at all or disappear too quickly.

When using OGMDemuxer to extract the *.srt file, and using the extracted subtitle file in VLC, subtitles are displayed correctly, so it shouldn't be an issue with the OGM file itself.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
