full screen player does not show video after when app returns to active state

when playing a video in full screen player, brining the app to inactive and back to active state results in a empty black player.

To reproduce just open and close the control center while playing a video in full screen mode.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
