VLC crashes when capturing desktop and saving to a file

VLC crashes when you try to capture the desktop and save it to a file.

• Steps:

1. Media -> Open capture device
2. Capture Mode -> Select Desktop
3. Button Convert
4. Select a profile.
   • Tested with "Video - H.264 + AAC (MP4)" and "Video - MPEG2 + MPGA (TS)".
5. Click OK
6. Crash!

• Tested in the following environment:
• VLC 2.2.1 for Windows
• OS: Windows 7
