teletext option 'transparent' / 'black background' missing

When full screen Teletext is enabled, instead of the teletext content replacing the video, it overlays on top and the video continues to play. It's as if VLC thinks it is showing teletext subtitles. Seen in vlc-3.0.0-git-20150421-0403-win64 and vlc-3.0.0-git-20150414-0402-win64
