Lua Extension dialog list keeps growing in OS X

Extension dialog list widget gets longer with each operation on it in OSX. See attached test.

This issue observed on Macbookpro with OS X Yosemite and VLC 2.2.1

The Mac community has been asking for my Resume Media extension to work in OSX. I need to have a stable dialog window to do so.

(Side issue: Unable to make multiple selection in list widget.)
