Regression: Corrupted video display when playing DVR-MS files (2.2.1, not a problem with 2.1.5)
Since I upgraded from VLC V2.1.5 to V2.2.1 (64-bit in both cases), I have noticed that all DVR-MS files are displaying a partially corrupted image. This does not affect WTV, TS or MPG files, including a DVR-MS which is converted to WTV, TS or MPG using VideoRedo. The whole file is affected: it is not a problem which rights itself after a few seconds of playback.
The problem also affects 2.2.0; I've not tried 2.1.6.
I have cleared the user preferences and done a full uninstall and reinstall of VLC 2.2.1, but it makes no difference. A full uninstall following by an install of 2.1.5 fixes the problem.
Specimen images of the same DVR-MS file, firstly with 2.1.5 and then 2.2.1 are:

I have reproduced the problem on two Windows 7 64-bit PCs.
I have attached error logs (verbosity 2) for 2.1.5 and 2.2.1
