Muxer error with H.264+MP3 streaming profile

When selecting "Video - H.264+MP3 (MP4)" transcoding option to stream a file an error appears "This muxer is missing. Using this profile will fail." Continuing will eventually crash the program with a C++ Runtime error. Occurs with 2.2.0 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Also see https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=124751.
