VLC asks for permission for incoming network connections at every single start

Behavior: I updated VLC to the latest version 2.2.0 I get an alert window from the operating system to allow VLC to accept incoming network connections (-> screenshot). When I look into my firewall settings I can see that VLC already have this permission. Since this message comes not from VLC itself but from OS X assume some VLC background service or something looses its signing every time, so the os doesn't recognize it anymore. Reinstalling VLC doesn't helped to solve this problem.

Expected behavior: VLC should ask for this permission only once - if necessary.

System: OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), running on a MBA 2011, 13-inch VLC 2.2.0 (official build from videolan.org)
