Display Aspect Ratio Incorrect in Take Snapshot, VLC 2.2

HorribleSubs SD encodes are 848x480 anamorphic with a display aspect ratio of 853x480 (16:9). Snapshots in VLC 2.2 produce screencaps that are the video file resolution, 848x480. Snapshots in 2.1.5 produce screencaps that are the display ratio, 853x480.

Reproduction: download any anamorphic SD encode from HorribleSubs and use the "Take Snapshot" function with all settings on default.
