Windows Vista/7: Broken Video from unicast/multicast rtp/udp stream

On Windows Vista and 7, git commit

causes broken/stuttering video playback.

Reverting this commit in latest git resolves the issue.

We have tested with 2.2.0-release on Windows 10tp / 8 / 8.1 / MacOS 10.10.2 / Linux, and found issues only on Windows Vista and 7.
