VLC will stop when click "set up associations" in Preferences.

Steps:

1. Click Tools->Preferences in menu bar.
2. Switch to interface setting panel.
3. Click "set up associations" button.

[Actual Result]: VLC will stop.

[Expected Result]: VLC will pop up association dialog.

Additional information: 2.2.0-pre1 version don't have this issue.
