VLC 2.2.0 chapter markers

VLC 2.1.5 played video mp4's with chapter markers and showed the prev/next chapter buttons. VLC 2.2.0 doesn't show any chapter information with the same content and doesn't show chapter buttons either.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
