VLC 2.2.0 and 3.0.0 crashes with "File extensions association"

In versions 2.2.0 and 3.0.0, the program crashes when clicking on button "Set up associations ..." for the option "File extensions association".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
