REGRESSION: 2.2.0 not able to visualize an MP4 ffmpeg generated multi-image content

You can verify the problem on VLC 2.2.0 trying to visualize it from here:

Audio is ok but video is static, not moving remaining on the first frames.

Using VLC 2.1.3 and other players like M$ Windows Media Player with the same stream worked perfectly.
