DVB graphical interface: shorter field for "transponder/multiplex frequency"

hi,

when trying to open a DVB-T stream with the gtk interface (file -> open capture device -> DVB), the "transponder/multiplex frequency" field accepts a maximum value of 100000000, while DVB-T channel frequency are much higher (e.g., 706000000), at least in italy. as a result, it's not possible to tune the receiver using the graphical interface.

It is however possible to tune the receiver by editing :dvb-frequency= in the "customize" field below, or by using the same parameters in the command line.

ad an additional enhancement request, it would be very nice to have some way to store DVB frequencies and channel names.
