Green pixels / lines in movies

I've switched from old PC with old VLC on Fedora 19 to new NUC with Broadwell-U HD 5500 graphics on Fedora 21.

Now most movies have visible - usually green, sometimes white pixel artifacts around some areas - like subtitles, logos etc.

Also on the bottom edge there is green line.

I had no such problems on old PC and on new PC no other programs have such problems - Kodi works fine.
